Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
- 2 large ripe avocados (peeled and seeded)
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro
- ½-1 jalapeño pepper (I used a whole jalapeño with seeds and my dip had a little kick to it!)
- 1 packet Hidden Valley® Greek Yogurt Dips Mix
- Chips (crackers, cut up veggies-for serving)
Instruction
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Mix until smooth. It may help to pulse the food processor a few times to fully cream avocado.
- Transfer dip into a serving bowl and serve with chips, crackers or cut up veggies.
