The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 400 grams pickled Artichoke (jarred with liquid)
- 1 garlic clove
- 200 grams cream cheese
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- lemon juice
Instruction
- Thoroughly drain the artichokes. Peel and finely dice the garlic. Puree the artichokes, garlic, and 2-3 tablespoons of artichoke liquid in a blender.
- Mix the artichoke mixture into the cream cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and serve with fresh white bread.
