Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 400 grams pickled Artichoke (jarred with liquid)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • salt
  • freshly ground peppers
  • lemon juice

Instruction

  • Thoroughly drain the artichokes. Peel and finely dice the garlic. Puree the artichokes, garlic, and 2-3 tablespoons of artichoke liquid in a blender.
  • Mix the artichoke mixture into the cream cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and serve with fresh white bread.
