- 1 ripe banana (frozen)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup unflavored soy or almond milk
- 2 tbsp. almond butter
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup or agave (optional, or to taste)
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
Instruction
- Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
