Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 ripe banana (frozen)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup unflavored soy or almond milk
  • 2 tbsp. almond butter
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup or agave (optional, or to taste)
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve.
