Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 Cup Roasted Cashews*, (soaked in water for 2 hours)
- 2 Cups Filtered water
- 2 Cups 100% Orange juice
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of salt
- 4 Dates ((optional, but recommended, I use Deglet Noor)**)
Instruction
- Drain the water from the cashews and place them in a high-powered blender. Add in all of the remaining ingredient and blend on the highest setting until smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Strain the milk through a nut-milk bag and transfer to a container with a lid.
- Pour into a jar (I like big Mason jars), cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until totally chilled, and SLURP!
