Ingredients

The following ingredients have 30 Servings
  • 850g cream-style canned corn
  • 200g bacon rashers diced
  • 1 onion grated small
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 2 loaves bread crusts removed
  • 50g butter
  • 1 egg

Instruction

  • Pre-heat oven 180C.
  • Cut crusts off bread and butter one side.
  • Place buttered side down in cupcake pan.
  • Combine all other ingredients and mix well.
  • Place 1 tablespoon of mixture into each bread case and place in oven and cook until bread browns.
