Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups mushrooms (cooked and chopped)
- 14 ounces chicken bone broth
- 1 teaspoon dry minced onion
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon guar gum
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon white cooking wine
Instruction
- Combine mushrooms, broth, onion and thyme in large saucepan. Cook about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add butter. Sprinkle in guar gum and whisk until blended in. Add the salt, pepper, heavy cream, almond milk, and cooking wine. Stirring frequently, bring soup to a boil and cook until thickened. Adjust seasonings to taste.
