The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 pound(s) maryland jumbo limp crab meat
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley
  • 3 teaspoon(s) old bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup(s) butter
  • 2 pint(s) heavy whipping cream
  • 1 quart(s) half and half
  • - cornstarch or flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1 pint(s) milk

Instruction

  • Bring milk, half and half, and heavy whipping cream to a boil.
  • Add crab meat, fresh parsley, Old Bay Seasoning, butter, salt and pepper.
  • When it starts to boil, make a paste of the cornstarch and water to thicken soup.
