- 1 pound(s) maryland jumbo limp crab meat
- 1 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley
- 3 teaspoon(s) old bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup(s) butter
- 2 pint(s) heavy whipping cream
- 1 quart(s) half and half
- - cornstarch or flour
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1 pint(s) milk
Instruction
- Bring milk, half and half, and heavy whipping cream to a boil.
- Add crab meat, fresh parsley, Old Bay Seasoning, butter, salt and pepper.
- When it starts to boil, make a paste of the cornstarch and water to thicken soup.
