Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 6 bread slices
  • 6 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup very finely chopped vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, tomatoes)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • dried basil
  • salt

Instruction

  • Take cream cheese in a mixing bowl and beat very well. Add all the vegetables, salt, basil, pepper powder and chili flakes. Mix very well.
  • Take a bread slice and trim the edges. Rub some butter on both sides. Place 2 tablespoons of prepared cream cheese veggie mixture. Trim the edges of another bread slice, rub butter and close the sandwich,
  • Heat a tava and toast the prepared sandwich until golden from both sides. Repeat the same with other bread slices. Serve cream cheese sandwich hot with tea/coffee/milkshake.
