Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 pounds baking potatoes
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • salt and pepper

Instruction

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1-inch cubes. Add the cut potatoes to a large pot and just cover with water. Add the salt and stir well. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
  • Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the butter, cream cheese, and milk and mix will with a hand mixer until the potatoes are smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
