The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 pounds baking potatoes
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- salt and pepper
Instruction
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1-inch cubes. Add the cut potatoes to a large pot and just cover with water. Add the salt and stir well. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the butter, cream cheese, and milk and mix will with a hand mixer until the potatoes are smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
