Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 2 x 200g Lattice biscuits
  • 125g cream cheese
  • 125g butter
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp gelatine powder
  • 1/4 cup hot water cooled

Instruction

  • Dissolve gelatine in hot water and cool.
  • Beat together cream cheese, butter and caster sugar until well combined and creamy.
  • Add remaining ingredients and beat well.
  • Place lattice biscuits in base of a slice tin, sugar side down.
  • Refrigerate until firm.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over biscuits and top with more biscuits, sugar side up.
