Ingredients
The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 2 x 200g Lattice biscuits
- 125g cream cheese
- 125g butter
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp gelatine powder
- 1/4 cup hot water cooled
Instruction
- Dissolve gelatine in hot water and cool.
- Beat together cream cheese, butter and caster sugar until well combined and creamy.
- Add remaining ingredients and beat well.
- Place lattice biscuits in base of a slice tin, sugar side down.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over biscuits and top with more biscuits, sugar side up.
