Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup jam, any kind (more or less to taste)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour -
  • 1/2 cups butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar -
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tblsp vanilla extract -
  • cooking spray

Instruction

  • Combine butter, cream cheese, vanilla and sugar in a large bowl and beat until smooth. Add flour until totally incorporated. Make a log and wrap dough in parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, but ideally overnight. When ready to bake preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside. Remove dough from fridge and discard parchment paper. Cut into 1/2 inch slices and place on baking sheet. Using 2 small spoons scoop approximately 1 teaspoon of jam onto the center of each cookie. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool on cookie sheet for at least 5 minutes before placing on a wire rack to cool.
