Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened (this is two standard sized 8oz blocks))
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 batch red velvet cookie bars

Instruction

  • Blend cream cheese and butter with a mixer until light and fluffy. Mix in vanilla and blend until well combined. Add in powdered sugar and mix until well combined, light and fluffy. Spread over cooled red velvet cookie bars.
