The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 1 box(es) butter or vanilla cake mix
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup(s) sour cream
- 3/4 cup(s) oil
- CREAM CHEESE LAYER
- 1 package(s) cream cheese, 8 oz
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup(s) sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
- FROSTING
- 2 package(s) cream cheese, 8 oz
- 1/2 cup(s) butter
- 3 cup(s) powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoon(s) whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
Instruction
- Mix together box cake mix, eggs, sour cream, and oil.
- Grease and flour a 9x13 pan.
- Pour batter into the pan. Set aside.
- Mix together cream cheese, egg, and sugar.
- Then add vanilla.
- Layer this mixture evenly over the top of the cake batter bringing it almost to the edge of the pan.
- Bake cake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Let cool and prepare the frosting.
- For frosting, cream butter and cream cheese.
- Add sugar a cup at a time.
- Then whipping cream and vanilla.
- Beat until light and fluffy about three minutes.
- Frost the cake.
- If making cupcakes, fill cupcake liner about halfway. Put a teaspoon of cream cheese filling in the middle of the batter. Cook at 350 for 20 minutes.
