Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 cups coconut or almond milk
  • 2 tsp honey or maple syrup

Instruction

  • Place all the ingredients into one large jar or four small, single-serving containers. Seal with a lid and allow the mixture to sit for 3-4 minutes.
  • Shake or stir the pudding with a fork or a spoon. Seal it up again and leave it refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy with your favorite toppings for breakfast, a snack, or a healthy dessert!
