Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 5 ozs Spaghetti
- 1 cup crayfish (or large prawns)
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 0.5 onion (peeled and finely chopped)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (peeled and finely chopped)
- 1 tomato (washed, deseeded and diced)
- 0.25 cup cream (at least 30% fat)
- 0.25 cup low-fat Crème fraiche
- 0.5 cup ramp ((or fresh basil)
Instruction
- Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling, salted water until al dente according to the packet instructions.
- Meanwhile, heat the butter in a wide pan and sweat the onion and garlic until soft.
- Add the tomato, stir in the cream and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a gentle boil then add crayfish or prawns and the creme fraiche.
- Stir gently until the sauce is warmed through then add the wild garlic or basil.
- Drain the pasta, mix with the sauce and serve.
