Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 2 Stalks Celery minced finely
- 1/4 cup Green onion finely sliced
- 2 Cloves garlic minced finely
- 2 cans Cream of potato soup
- 1 can Cream style white or yellow corn
- 1 pound Crawfish tails w/ fat
- 1 quart Half&half
- Salt to taste
- Tony Cashere's Seasoning Mix to taste
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped finely
Instruction
- Melt the stick of butter in medium sized pot over medium to medium-high heat Saute onions in butter, then add celery, green onion, and garlic and simmer for an additional 5 min. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve hot with french bread or garlic bread.
