Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 12 oz fresh cranberries ((1 bag is usually 12 oz))
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 strip orange peel (1/2-inch x 2-inches)
  • 2 tbs water

Instruction

  • Mix all ingredients in a medium saucpan
  • Heat over medium heat stirring until sugar is dissolved.
  • Bring to boil and allow to boil for 10 minutes.
  • Cool to room temperature and refrigerate until ready to use.
