Ingredients
The following ingredients have 20 Servings
- 1 package (16 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Ready to Bake!™ Sugar Cookie Dough (24 Count)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated orange peel
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 4 teaspoons orange juice
Instruction
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, mix cookie dough, walnuts, cranberries and orange peel with wooden spoon, or knead with hands until well blended. Onto cookie sheet, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
- Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until edges are set. Cool 5 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool completely.
- In small bowl, stir powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth. Drizzle glaze over cookies.
