Ingredients
The following ingredients have 21 Servings
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp grated orange zest
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 oz dried cranberries
Instruction
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, blend softened butter and sugars until smooth.
- Add in egg, orange zest, and orange juice and blend well.
- Add in flour, baking soda, and salt and blend well.
- Add in dried cranberries and blend until just mixed.
- Drop rounded tablespoonfuls onto lined cookie sheets.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 7 - 9 minutes or until cookies are just starting to brown on the edges.
- Transfer cookies to wire racks to cool completely.
