Ingredients

The following ingredients have 21 Servings
  • 1 cup butter (softened)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp grated orange zest
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 oz dried cranberries

Instruction

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, blend softened butter and sugars until smooth.
  • Add in egg, orange zest, and orange juice and blend well.
  • Add in flour, baking soda, and salt and blend well.
  • Add in dried cranberries and blend until just mixed.
  • Drop rounded tablespoonfuls onto lined cookie sheets.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 7 - 9 minutes or until cookies are just starting to brown on the edges.
  • Transfer cookies to wire racks to cool completely.
