Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1/2 cup quinoa, cooked
- 1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 2 tablespoons cranberries, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 tablespoons pecans, crushed
- 1 tablespoons almond slices
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar or sweetener of choice
Instruction
- Cook quinoa according to the package directions and let it cool before using. Or use already cooked.
- Add all ingredients to a microwave safe bowl. Note 1/2 cup of almond milk makes a more liquidy bowl similar to oatmeal. If you like your less liquidy, try 1/4 - 1/3 cup of almond milk or pour it out at the end.
- Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add more sweetener if you would like it sweeter.
