Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1/2 cup quinoa, cooked
  • 1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons cranberries, dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 tablespoons pecans, crushed
  • 1 tablespoons almond slices
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar or sweetener of choice

Instruction

  • Cook quinoa according to the package directions and let it cool before using. Or use already cooked. 
  • Add all ingredients to a microwave safe bowl. Note 1/2 cup of almond milk makes a more liquidy bowl similar to oatmeal. If you like your less liquidy, try 1/4 - 1/3 cup of almond milk or pour it out at the end.
  • Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add more sweetener if you would like it sweeter.
