Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Orange Zest
- 1/2 cup Orange Juice
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 tbsp Orange Juice
- 1/2 tsp Orange Zest
Instruction
- Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 Degrees C).
- Grease and line a loaf pan.
- In the bowl of your mixer, add butter and sugar and whisk until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time and whisk well after each addition.
- Add orange zest, orange juice and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder and cranberries and mix until combined.
- Transfer the batter in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove the pan from the oven and let the bread cool for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the bread on a cooling rack and cool completely.
- Mix the ingredients for glaze in a bowl.
- Pour the glaze over the cooled bread.
- Cut the bread into slices and serve.
