Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups old fashion oats
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 oz butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 7 oz dried cranberries (chopped)
Instruction
- Grease two 9-by-5-Inch Loaf Pans with butter. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Place the oats, almonds and flax seeds on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- In a medium sauce pan combine the honey, brown sugar, butter, vanilla, and salt over medium heat until the brown sugar completely dissolved.
- Once the oats come out of the oven stir them into the honey mixture along with the cranberries. Divide the mixture into the two pans and press the mixture down.
- Place them in the oven to bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
- Cut into 1.5 inch wide slices and store in an airtight container for up to a week.
