Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 1 T dehydrated onion (I use Onion Onion by Tastefully Simple)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1.5 C stuffing (prepared (I used Stove Top))
- 1/2 C canned cranberry sauce
- 1/4 C chili sauce
Instruction
- Prepare stuffing as per package directions. Allow to cool. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a large bowl combine turkey, egg, onion, salt and pepper.
- Divide turkey mixture into 3 equal portions.
- Place 1/2 of each portion in the bottom of each mini loaf pan. Place a handful of prepared stuffing on top of the turkey mixture and then cover that with remaining turkey mixture. Press together to seal edges.
- Place loaf pans on a baking sheet and cook 25 minutes.
- While meatloaves are cooking, stir together the cranberry sauce and chili sauce.
- After 25 minutes cover each loaf with cranberry mixture and return to oven and cook an additional 10 minutes.
