Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup almonds
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup craisins
  • ½ cup dates
  • 1 – 2 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • ¼ cup 100% pure pumpkin puree

Instruction

  • Place the almonds and pumpkin seeds in a food processor and process until well chopped.
  • Add dates, cranberries, ginger and pumpkin and process until combined. Taste and add more ginger if desired.
  • Roll into balls and store in the freezer.
