Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup almonds
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup craisins
- ½ cup dates
- 1 – 2 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
- ¼ cup 100% pure pumpkin puree
Instruction
- Place the almonds and pumpkin seeds in a food processor and process until well chopped.
- Add dates, cranberries, ginger and pumpkin and process until combined. Taste and add more ginger if desired.
- Roll into balls and store in the freezer.
