Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- ½ cup butter (softened)
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 ½ cups flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 ½ cups cranberries (whole, fresh cranberries)
- ⅔ cup brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons butter (melted)
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
Instruction
- Combine butter and sugar together and mix until creamy.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In a third bowl, combine eggs, eggnog, sour cream and vanilla.
- Mix half the flour mixture into the butter mixture.
- When mixed in, add the egg mixture. Once it is incorporated, add the final half of flour.
- Fold in cranberries.
- Place in a greased 8 x8 inch baking dish.
- Mix streusel together by placing brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and flour together. Stir until combined.
- Sprinkle streusel on top of cake batter.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 55-60 minutes.
- Allow cake to fully cool in cake pan
