Ingredients

The following ingredients have 48 Servings
  • 8 cups ice
  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut
  • 3/4 cup cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1 cup white rum
  • Whipped topping and ground nutmeg, for topping (optional)

Instruction

  • Place ice, cream of coconut, cranberry juice cocktail and rum in your blender pitcher.  Cover and blend until smooth.
  • When serving, top with whipped topping and ground nutmeg, if desired.
