Ingredients

The following ingredients have 16 Servings
  • 1 cup almonds (140 g)
  • 1 cup cashews (140 g)
  • 1 cup dates (170 g)
  • 1 cup dried cranberries (130 g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (5 mL)
  • 1 lemon (zest + juice)
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instruction

  • Blitz: In a food processor, process the nuts until coarse then add the rest of the ingredients and blitz until blended.
  • Roll: Roll into bite-sized balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
