Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 3 Ripe Bananas mashed
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 5 oz Dried Cranberries (about 3/4 of a cup)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In a large bowl whisk together Bananas, Maple Syrup, Vanilla, and Eggs
  • In a smaller bowl mix together Almond Flour, Baking Soda, and Salt
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined
  • Fold in the Cranberries saving some to sprinkle on top
  • Spray loaf pan with non-stick baking spray
  • Pour batter into pan
  • Sprinkle more Cranberries on top
  • Bake 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean after sticking it in the center
  • Let it rest for 1 hour before slicing
