Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped apple
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 slices of the bread of your choice (Romaine lettuce, tomato slices)

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Mix together until well combined.
  • Place lettuce and tomato slices on one slice of bread. Top with 1/4 - 1/2 cup of the chicken salad, depending on the size of the bread you're using.
  • On the inside of the second bread slice, write a note to surprise your child at lunchtime.
  • Gently place the slice of bread on top of the chicken salad.
