Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1/2 pound lump crab meat ((Note 1))
  • 1 romaine lettuce heart, cut lengthwise in half then crosswise into 1/2 inch wide strips
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, 2 cut into wedges and 1 chopped
  • 1 large roma tomato, chopped
  • 1 large avocado, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup ((Note 4))
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne
  • 1/2 teaspoon table salt

Instruction

  • Assemble Salad: Arrange bed of lettuce on two salad plates, and top with crab, egg, tomato, and avocado. Stir together all dressing ingredients in bowl until smooth, then drizzle over salads. Serve (Notes 5-6).
