Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 400g wholemeal or spelt spaghetti
  • 100ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  • 3 long red chillies, finely chopped
  • 500g fresh picked crab meat
  • Finely grated zest and juice of 2 lemons

Instruction

  • Cook spaghetti in a pan of boiling salted water according to packet instructions.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in a frypan over medium heat. Cook garlic and chilli, stirring, for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add crab and cook for 2 minutes or until opaque. Fold through lemon zest and juice. Season.
  • Drain pasta and add to the pan, stirring to completely coat. Serve immediately.
