Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 400g wholemeal or spelt spaghetti
- 100ml extra virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- 3 long red chillies, finely chopped
- 500g fresh picked crab meat
- Finely grated zest and juice of 2 lemons
Instruction
- Cook spaghetti in a pan of boiling salted water according to packet instructions.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a frypan over medium heat. Cook garlic and chilli, stirring, for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add crab and cook for 2 minutes or until opaque. Fold through lemon zest and juice. Season.
- Drain pasta and add to the pan, stirring to completely coat. Serve immediately.
