Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 package (8 oz.) light cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (substitute Miracle Whip®)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 large cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, finely chopped, plus more for garnish
- 7 1/2 ounces (213 g) crab meat, chopped (Footnote)
Instruction
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese, mayo, Parmesan cheese and garlic; stir until smooth. Cook until it starts to bubble.
- Add artichoke hearts and red peppers. Stir well, cover, reduce the heat to low and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add crab, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stir again, remove from the heat and serve with crostini or tortilla chips.
