Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 crust from 1 box (14.1 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Pie Crusts (2 Count), softened as directed on box
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Dash cinnamon
  • 1 container (12 oz) cream cheese spread, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instruction

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Unroll pie crust; place on ungreased 8-inch round pizza pan* or cookie sheet. Crimp edge; poke shallow holes in dough with fork.
  • Brush entire crust with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Bake about 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool at least 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir together cream cheese spread, 1/2 cup of the sugar and the vanilla.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup sugar evenly over top (use more sugar if you’d like a thicker shell). Holding kitchen torch 3 to 4 inches from top of pizza, caramelize sugar by heating with torch about 2 to 4 minutes, moving flame continuously over sugar in circular motion until sugar is melted and light golden brown. Serve immediately.
