Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cups quick oats (buy Gluten free if needed)
  • 3 cups skim milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1.5 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1.5 tsp. cinnamon
  • Additional toppings if desired (nuts, fresh fruit, honey)

Instruction

  • Heat milk (or water for dairy free option) in a saucepan over medium heat, being sure not to let it boil and overflow. Then add all of the ingredients (besides additional toppings) and stir until combined. Heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Enjoy warm!
