Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Land O Lakes® Unsalted Butter (softened)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups cups oats
  • 10 ounces semi-sweet morsels
  • 3/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2/3 cup chopped pecans

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. 
  • Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. 
  • Slowly add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and beat.
  • With a spoon, fold in the oats, chocolate morsels, coconut, and pecans. 
  • Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350°F about 12 minutes or until browned. Remove to wire racks to cool.
