Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Land O Lakes® Unsalted Butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups cups oats
- 10 ounces semi-sweet morsels
- 3/4 cup shredded coconut
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans
Instruction
- In a large bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt and set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
- Slowly add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and beat.
- With a spoon, fold in the oats, chocolate morsels, coconut, and pecans.
- Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350°F about 12 minutes or until browned. Remove to wire racks to cool.
