Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 rib celery, diced
- 4 clove garlic, minced
- 8 ounce fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 4 ounce reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup fat-free half-and-half
- 4 slice low-sodium bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Instruction
- In a 4-quart or larger slow cooker, combine chicken, onion, celery, garlic, mushrooms, chicken broth, cream cheese, garlic powder, thyme, and pepper. Heat on HIGH 3-1/2 hours, then stir until cream cheese is melted.
- Stir in half-and-half and bacon, and continue to cook for 30 minutes or until heated through.
