The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 1 portion of risotto bianco (recipe below)
  • 300 g salmon (about 2 fillets)
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 sprigs fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1 x 320 g pack all butter puff pastry
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 3 Tbsp soured cream
  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 1 egg yolk (lightly beaten, for glazing)
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • salt
  • 120 g risotto rice
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • half EV olive oil
  • 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 small clove garlic (minced)
  • 500 ml - 750 ml vegetable or chicken stock
  • handful fresh parsley (chopped)
  • freshly ground black pepper
