Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 2 lbs chicken drumsticks
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes
- 1/2 cup Argo® Corn Starch
- 3 eggs (whisked )
- 1/4 tsp mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 5 tbsps butter (can use margarine, melted )
- cooking spray
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit.
- Add melted butter to the bottom of your baking dish (spread it out).
- Crush corn flakes until they are in smallish pieces.
- Add cornflakes to a large bowl with spices and cornstarch.
- Crack eggs into a smaller bowl and whisk them until fluffy.
- Dip chicken into egg mixture, and then into the cornflake mixture.
- Place drumsticks onto the baking dish.
- Bake 15 minutes per side so both sides get golden brown.
- After each side has cooked for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
