- 1/2 cup red onion, (finely diced)
- 1/2 cup celery, (finely diced)
- 2 cups Cornbread Croutons ((either store bought or homemade))
- 2 tablespoons sage (leaves, freshly chopped)
- 2 tablespoons parsley, (freshly chopped)
- Leftover cornbread
- Butter, (melted, oil, or non-stick cooking spray)
- Coarse salt (and freshly-ground black pepper to taste)
