  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup red onion, (finely diced)
  • 1/2 cup celery, (finely diced)
  • 2 cups Cornbread Croutons ((either store bought or homemade))
  • 2 tablespoons sage (leaves, freshly chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, (freshly chopped)
  • Leftover cornbread
  • Butter, (melted, oil, or non-stick cooking spray)
  • Coarse salt (and freshly-ground black pepper to taste)
