- 3 cups chopped yellow onion
- 1.5 cups chopped celery
- 1 large green bell pepper (stem and seeds removed and diced)
- 1/2 cup frozen corn kernels
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley leaves
- 2 tsp kosher salt
