The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1 pound cooked gluten free cornbread (crumbled and toasted)
  • 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound Andouille sausage (crumbled or cut into 1/4" pieces)
  • 3 cups chopped yellow onion
  • 1.5 cups chopped celery
  • 1 large green bell pepper (stem and seeds removed and diced)
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley leaves
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 large eggs (beaten till foamy)
