Ingredients
The following ingredients have 60 Servings
- 1 lb hot sausage, (uncooked)
- 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, (softened)
- 1 (15-oz) box Honey Cornbread & Muffin Mix
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined. (I use my KitchenAid mixer with the dough hook attachment)
- Use a small cookie scoop to scoop dough and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for 18 - 22 minutes, or until brown.
