Ingredients

The following ingredients have 60 Servings
  • 1 lb hot sausage, (uncooked)
  • 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, (softened)
  • 1 (15-oz) box Honey Cornbread & Muffin Mix
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  • Mix all ingredients until well combined. (I use my KitchenAid mixer with the dough hook attachment)
  • Use a small cookie scoop to scoop dough and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18 - 22 minutes, or until brown.
