Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 4 cups fresh corn kernels
  • 2 cups halved grape tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (add more to taste)
  • salt and pepper

Instruction

  • In a medium bowl, stir together all of the ingredients except the feta. Gently stir in the feta and add salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
