Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 pack jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 1 15 oz. can creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and prepare a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray. 
  • In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined. 
  • Pour into prepared baking dish. 
  • Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until golden brown.
