The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1/2 cup(s) butter, softened
- 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup(s) sour cream
- 1 package(s) cornbread/muffin mix (8.5 oz)
- 1/2 cup(s) milk
- 1 can(s) whole kernel corn (15.25 oz)
- 1 can(s) cream-style corn (14.75 oz)
Instruction
- In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Beat in sour cream.
- Gradually add cornbread/muffin mix alternately with milk.
- Fold in the corn.
- Pour into a greased 3 qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 45-50 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
