Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1/2 cup(s) butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup(s) sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup(s) sour cream
  • 1 package(s) cornbread/muffin mix (8.5 oz)
  • 1/2 cup(s) milk
  • 1 can(s) whole kernel corn (15.25 oz)
  • 1 can(s) cream-style corn (14.75 oz)

Instruction

  • In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  • Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Beat in sour cream.
  • Gradually add cornbread/muffin mix alternately with milk.
  • Fold in the corn.
  • Pour into a greased 3 qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 45-50 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
