Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 T cornstarch
- 1 14 oz. can creamed corn
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 cup frozen corn (defrosted and drained)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Whisk together sugar, eggs and cornstarch.
- Add in creamed corn, defrosted corn, and evaporated milk. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until top is golden brown and set.
