Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 T cornstarch
  • 1 14 oz. can creamed corn
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup frozen corn (defrosted and drained)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Whisk together sugar, eggs and cornstarch.
  • Add in creamed corn, defrosted corn, and evaporated milk. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
  • Bake for 1 hour, or until top is golden brown and set.
