Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1 can(s) whole kernel sweet corn
- 1 - scallion, chopped
- 2 - lemon leaves, minced
- ¼ teaspoon(s) ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon(s) fried shallot
- 4 - macadamia nuts, grinded
- ¼ teaspoon(s) white pepper
- ½ teaspoon(s) salt
- ¼ teaspoon(s) chicken bouillon
- ¾ cup(s) all purpose flour
- 1 - egg
- - oil for frying
Instruction
- Combine and mix well all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Let the batter rest in about 10 minutes.
- Heat the oil in heavy pot. Use a cookie scoop to drop fritter batter into hot oil, fry and flip once until light golden brown.
- Drain on paper towel.
