Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1 can(s) whole kernel sweet corn
  • 1 - scallion, chopped
  • 2 - lemon leaves, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fried shallot
  • 4 - macadamia nuts, grinded
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) white pepper
  • ½ teaspoon(s) salt
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) chicken bouillon
  • ¾ cup(s) all purpose flour
  • 1 - egg
  • - oil for frying

Instruction

  • Combine and mix well all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Let the batter rest in about 10 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in heavy pot. Use a cookie scoop to drop fritter batter into hot oil, fry and flip once until light golden brown.
  • Drain on paper towel.
