Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour / maida
  • water
  • oil for frying
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 to mato (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
  • juice of 1 lemon

Instruction

  • Take corn in a bowl and add black pepper powder, salt, red chili powder, rice flour, all purpose flour. Mix well. Add sufficient water and mix to coat the corn.
  • Heat oil in kadai and fry the corn till crisp. About 3 - 4 minutes. Strain from oil.
  • Take the fried corn in a bowl. Add the onion, tomato, chat masala coriander leaves, green chilli and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly. Your delicious corn chaat is ready to serve
