Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup corn
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour / maida
- water
- oil for frying
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 to mato (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp chat masala
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
- juice of 1 lemon
Instruction
- Take corn in a bowl and add black pepper powder, salt, red chili powder, rice flour, all purpose flour. Mix well. Add sufficient water and mix to coat the corn.
- Heat oil in kadai and fry the corn till crisp. About 3 - 4 minutes. Strain from oil.
- Take the fried corn in a bowl. Add the onion, tomato, chat masala coriander leaves, green chilli and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly. Your delicious corn chaat is ready to serve
