Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup masa harina
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup creamed corn
  • 1/2 cup whole corn
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp whipping cream
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Beat butter until creamy and then add in masa harina and water and mix until combined.
  • Add in corn, cornmeal, sugar, cream, salt and baking powder. Stir until combined
  • Pour into a 9 x 9 baking dish or 9 inch cast iron pan.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until set and beginning to brown around edges.
  • Serve by scooping out with a spoon.
