Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 medium to large avocados
  • 1 small roma tomato ((diced))
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 TBS - 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup black beans ((rinsed))
  • 1 tsp salt
  • juice from 1 lime

Instruction

  • Cut your avocados in half and remove the pit. Cut each avocado into pieces inside the skin. Scoop out into a bowl with a spoon.
  • Add your tomato, onion, cilantro, corn, and black beans to the bowl.
  • Sprinkle with salt and add lime juice.
  • Stir gently to combine.
  • Serve with your favorite chips.
