Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 medium to large avocados
- 1 small roma tomato ((diced))
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 TBS - 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/2 cup black beans ((rinsed))
- 1 tsp salt
- juice from 1 lime
Instruction
- Cut your avocados in half and remove the pit. Cut each avocado into pieces inside the skin. Scoop out into a bowl with a spoon.
- Add your tomato, onion, cilantro, corn, and black beans to the bowl.
- Sprinkle with salt and add lime juice.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Serve with your favorite chips.
