Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) sesame oil
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 big knobs fresh ginger root, peeled
  • 2 red chilis
  • 2 cups coriander, washed
  • 30ml (2 tbsp) brown sugar [optional]
  • 5ml (1 tsp) salt [optional]
  • 1.5kg (3 lbs) mini chicken fillets

Instruction

  • Place the oil, garlic, ginger, chili, coriander, sugar and salt in a food processor and blend.
  • Arrange the chicken in a container and pour the marinade over. Mix thoroughly ensuring that all surfaces of the chicken are covered with marinade.
  • Leave to marinate overnight.
  • Grill the chicken on the barbecue or bake in the oven.
