Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 125ml (1/2 cup) sesame oil
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 big knobs fresh ginger root, peeled
- 2 red chilis
- 2 cups coriander, washed
- 30ml (2 tbsp) brown sugar [optional]
- 5ml (1 tsp) salt [optional]
- 1.5kg (3 lbs) mini chicken fillets
Instruction
- Place the oil, garlic, ginger, chili, coriander, sugar and salt in a food processor and blend.
- Arrange the chicken in a container and pour the marinade over. Mix thoroughly ensuring that all surfaces of the chicken are covered with marinade.
- Leave to marinate overnight.
- Grill the chicken on the barbecue or bake in the oven.
